🌟 Mini Athletics Superstar Day 2025! 🌟

Get ready for an unforgettable day! The annual Mini Athletics Superstar Day for 5-8 year olds is back for its 5th year, taking place on Saturday, June 7th, 2025!

This is a fun, inclusive, and pressure-free event where your child will proudly represent their franchise area. The day kicks off with a special visit from Big Gogo, followed by an exciting opening ceremony, where children will parade around the track with their team, waving their flags!

From there, the action begins! Kids will take part in a carousel of exciting events, featuring Mini Athletics favorites, the real long jump, and classic athletics challenges. No experience is needed—this event is for every child, no matter their ability!

The day concludes with an epic giant relay around the track and a special medal presentation for all our Mini Athletes. It’s a fantastic celebration of movement, teamwork, and fun!

Don’t miss out—mark your calendars now because we only have space for 120 children.

Address - Sir Mo Farah Running Track, St Mary’s University, Strawberry Hill, Twickenham, TW1 4SX.

The event will start promptly at 1:30pm, so we advise you to arrive no later than 1:15pm to ensure you are registered and ready to go!

Mini Athletics Vests: All Mini Athletes need to be wearing a Mini Athletics vest. 

Medical Information: Please inform your team captain (franchisee) of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have more than 48 hours before the event. This is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Parking: There is limited free parking available on-site. Please use the second white gate and park on the grass, where a staff member will guide you. We hope there will be enough space for everyone.

What to Bring: Ensure your child has a refillable water bottle, a hat, and is wearing sunscreen.

Event Duration: The event will conclude no later than 5:30 PM.

Spectators: Spectators are free of charge and there is no limit to the number of spectators you can bring, but if you plan to bring more than six people, please inform your team captain (franchisee).

Facilities: There is a café on-site. You are welcome to bring a blanket and a picnic, but please note that no food is allowed on the track due to allergy concerns.

Weather Contingency: In the event of heavy rain, the event will be cancelled, and you will be notified by 9 AM on the day. If only light rain is expected and the event is safe to go ahead, we will likely proceed.

Flags: Please bring your flag for the opening ceremony! Your team captain (franchisee) will have more information on this!
